Hell of a rollercoaster
It was okay then weird then bad then REALLY BAD then awkward but okay then okay then normal then good then just fine then bad now, whatevers.

Ran 10 mile hills today. It was such a good run, like really good- for some reason. At one point I was going down the hill so fast I felt like I was flying. I love that feeling.
